Our team of highly skilled physicians and midlevels have expertise in a wide range of areas, including family medicine, women's health, dermatology, and geriatrics. We are dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest medical research and treatments to provide the best possible care to our patients.

We offer a variety of services to meet the healthcare needs of our patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures. We also offer telemedicine appointments for added convenience through the membership plan.
With the membership, we do not require insurance nor bill insurance. It is recommended to have insurance to help cover labs, imaging, medications, hospital visits. We are not responsible to pay for any outside services.
Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and it is unlikely that your private insurance will cover the membership fee. Since individual insurance plans vary, we suggest inquiring with your plan administrator.
Our services may qualify for reimbursement by your FSA or HSA. We recommend you contact your benefits administrator to confirm.
Unfortunately, one cannot be enrolled if they have an HMO plan with commercial insurance or Medicaid (primary or secondary).
Those with no insurance, those who are on high deductible plans via commercial insurance, those with insurances that we are not in network with, and corporate businesses that are looking to cover their employees wellbeing but cannot afford commercial insurance.
We will give a 30 day supply to give one enough time to find a provider that will take over care.
We believe our success — member satisfaction and professional fulfillment — is derived from a care model that is built on close, personal relationships with our members. As a result, we do not offer one-time, fee-for-service medical care.
