To better service the community, with insurance monthly premiums increased making healthcare almost unaffordable to many Americans, we have made some changes to help offer healthcare to Hernando County.

Our Services
We offer a variety of services to meet the healthcare needs of our patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor procedures. We also offer telemedicine appointments for added convenience through the membership plan.
Pricing
Pricing can be for a one year plan or every 6 months.
Ages 16-20 years old $25/month per year or $35/month for 6 consecutive months
Ages 21-40 years old $55/month per year or $65/month for 6 consecutive months
Ages 41-60 years old $75/month per year or $85/month for 6 consecutive months
Ages 61+ years old $100/month per year or $110/month for 6 consecutive months
Do I need Insurance?
With the membership, we do not require insurance nor bill insurance. It is recommended to have insurance to help cover labs, imaging, medications, hospital visits. We are not responsible to pay for any outside services.
Can I use HSA?
Medicare does not cover the membership fee, and it is unlikely that your private insurance will cover the membership fee. Since individual insurance plans vary, we suggest inquiring with your plan administrator.
Our services may qualify for reimbursement by your FSA or HSA. We recommend you contact your benefits administrator to confirm.
What if I have an HMO or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, one cannot be enrolled if they have an HMO plan with commercial insurance or Medicaid (primary or secondary).
Who is the ideal candidate for a membership program?
Those with no insurance, those who are on high deductible plans via commercial insurance, those with insurances that we are not in network with, and corporate businesses that are looking to cover their employees wellbeing but cannot afford commercial insurance.
What if I'm on medication and no longer want to be enrolled in the program?
We will give a 30 day supply to give one enough time to find a provider that will take over care.
Can I be seen for a one time executive physical?
We believe our success — member satisfaction and professional fulfillment — is derived from a care model that is built on close, personal relationships with our members. As a result, we do not offer one-time, fee-for-service medical care.

- 24-48 hr appointment availability for sick visits and urgent care
- Telehealth and/of in office appointments
- Yearly Annual which will include an in office EKG

- Medicine 3.0 approach to prevention and optimization

- Max allotted appointments for the one year membership is 20 (telehealth/in office) and 10 for the six month membership.
